The following process applies to the payment of filming charges:

  1. Upon receipt of a completed filming permit application, Bristol Film Office will issue a cost sheet to confirm all charges via email.
  2. When charges have been confirmed a purchase order number should be supplied by the company (where required) to Bristol City Council via Bristol Film Office to allow us to generate an invoice.
  3. Bristol Film Office will issue an invoice on behalf of Bristol City Council. The invoice will have a ‘800********’ number which you can enter onto the council’s online payment system.

Bristol City Council reserves the release of copyright to any footage shot from permits until full payment has been received.

We regret that non-payment of fees will result in no future filming permits being issued to the company or individual.
